Events and promo: Mid-range 100% cotton t-shirts with plastisol inks. Keeping the quality up and the cost down.

SPECIALITY PRINT METHODS

Halftone

Halftone printing is a great way of printing photo realistic images in just one colour, or creating a gradient from ink to t-shirt.

Similar to how a billboard is printed, the image will be art worked and made up of 1000’s of micro dots. These dots can be seen up close but from a meter away will be completely invisible.

Halftone prints do not have to be just one colour, they can be made up of several colours.

Split fountain

Split fountain printing is a technique that allows two or more colours to be printed in one pass.

It is a great way to have more colourful prints without the added expense of extra screen set-up.

Due to the nature of the inks, experience tells us only certain colour combinations work well. We are happy to advise on this.

By far the most popular and versatile t-shirt ever made is the GD05 – Gildan Heavy Cotton and the slightly heavier big brother, the GDO2 – Gildan Ultra Cotton.

Both t-shirts have been the go-to choice t-shirt in the fashion and screen printing world for decades and there is a good reason for that. They are 100% cotton, with taped shoulders and seams, and offer a very large colour range.

All garments in the Gildan range come with tear out labels for easy rebranding and label printing. Making it a great choice for any promotional event, business, or brand.

The best thing is about Gildan is that they are a very affordable choice.

These are just 2 items from the Gildan range. There are also the GD01 – Softstyle and the GD08 – Premium Cotton t-shirts, which are the 100% ring-spun cotton versions carrying the same weights and fit, except with even softer cotton.
